Our Management Team
The opportunity to fulfill an important need for their construction industry clients, a view as to how technology and hard work might combine to provide answers, and a definite enthusiasm for being on the right side of the environmental sustainability equation, drives these two lifelong friends' desire to build Construction EcoServices into a company that makes a difference—in the fortunes of its clients and in the environment left behind for future generations.

Together, they've been building businesses for more than 60 years. They've learned a few things along the way about what's important and what's not. It's that experience that resonates with CES customers, suppliers and partners.

Bob Adair
adair@ecosvs.com
Schooled in architecture, with a 30 year career spanning both the construction and high technology industries—Bob has founded, co-founded or led a number of innovative new companies on regional, national and international levels—to success by focusing on establishing a dominant footprint in emerging markets.

Bob brings sound business building experience to CES along with a mindset that thrives on seeing what needs to be done, doing it, or getting it done—whatever the task might be.

He is a member of the Board of the South Central Chapter of the International Erosion Control Association (IECA), and a member of the Small Business Advisory Council of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for Erosion Control Magazine. As a member of the Environmental Committee and Storm Water Task Force for the Houston Chapter of the Associated General Contractors (AGC), he was instrumental in developing the storm water training course for that organization and has trained hundreds of construction professionals on storm water pollution prevention. He has also assisted the TCEQ and other regulatory entities in creating and presenting industry training programs.

Bob's the proud father of an outstanding teenage son, the loving husband of a beautiful wife and an avid sailor.

David Minter
minter@ecosvs.com
Having spent much of his career in the auto-recycling marketplace, David has first hand experience with how the EPA's targeting of an industry under the auspices of the Clean Water Act can impact a business. As General Manager of one of the largest auto recyclers in Houston, he was introduced to the NPDES long before it became a significant issue in the construction industry. David's witnessed the risks and consequences of non-compliance as well as the rewards associated with changes that make an industry a better citizen.

Most recently, David managed a team of sixty employees, and people management is one of his strengths. A near photographic memory for names and faces, along with a genuine interest in the people behind them make Dave the kind of manager that people aspire to work for, and produce for.

A classic car and classic boat fanatic, David is 'Mr. Meticulous,' and he knows the rewards of having the dirty hands it takes to turn a wreck into a classic. When he's not off-roading in the Rockies, Dave spends his time away from work with his lovely wife, who's a writer, lecturer and attorney practicing family law.
