In the role of Post-Construction Department Manager, Stephen manages all post-construction projects and ongoing service contracts in the state of Texas. From sand filter and detention pond remediation to stormwater systems cleanouts and compliance repermitting, Stephen works with general contractors, city officials, design build firms, site contractors, utility contractors, and developers alike in their pursuit of compliance and stormwater system maintenance.
