    NOTE

    When completed, please send the corollary information indicated above, along with this form, to our offices. Submittal of this RFI constitutes your order to proceed in the development of SWQMP documentation. This work will be completed, billed and become due and payable by you the company, without regard to the future progress of the project.

    A three-ring binder will be supplied for delivery to the Permitting Entity (City of Houston - MS4) along with an electronic PDF emailed to the COH as part of the submittal package. The fee will also include a binder for the owner, set up to accept document copies and inspection reports during the life of the development. A USB for the Engineer will be provided.

    Harris County projects will be prepared in a PDF format and uploaded to Dropbox for submittal to the County’s website. The fee will also include a binder for the owner, set up to accept document copies and inspections reports during the life of the development. A USB for the Engineer will be provided.
