COVID-19 LETTER FROM OUR PRESIDENT

Construction EcoServices continues to serve our clients. Read the letter from Robert Adair, President of Construction EcoServices.

IMPORTANT NEWS

To Our Valued Customers, Partners and Friends:

On behalf of Construction EcoServices II, Inc. (‘CES’), we are pleased to announce our merger with Greenrise Technologies, LLC (‘Greenrise’) effective July 7, 2022, as a continuation of the CES legacy and the expansion of Greenrise’s operations into Texas and Louisiana. This is a very exciting and positive evolution for both organizations to come together to provide our customers with an even stronger commitment to innovative stormwater management solutions and services along with a superior customer experience.

OUR SERVICES

Since early 2000, the EPA has aimed its considerable resources at the stormwater industry. In conjunction with the EPA, stormwater compliance enforcement in Texas is managed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) under the Texas General Permit and enforced by local counties and municipalities through the MS4 permitting system. Given the changing nuances of enforcement, the growing tangle of overlapping enforcement agencies and the stiff consequences for non-compliance, our services exists to consult and safeguard our clients through all facets of stormwater management and compliance.

FEATURED SERVICE

WHY OUR SWPPP SERVICE IS STILL KING

The Most Experienced
While finding a SWPPP service provider with over a decade of experience may not be your highest criteria, it should at least give you good reason to believe Construction EcoServices has been doing something right. It is nearly impossible to find a company with more experience given SWPPP regulations for construction sites started in 2003, the same year Construction EcoServices opened its doors for business. We are proud to say that we have pioneered stormwater pollution prevention in Texas.

Our Greatest Value
With experience comes knowledge. Over the many years, we have found that what our customers value most about us is that we provide a turnkey solution that checks off countless boxes, allowing our customers to concentrate on other concerns with their construction project. Knowing and keeping up on all SWPPP regulations. Determining which BMPs and how much of. Self inspections. BMP maintenance. Requirements for getting electricity turned on. Stabilization and other close out requirements. Our customers appreciate us handling the many aspects of SWPPP so that they can do what they do best – BUILD.

The Highest Level of Compliance for the Lowest Cost
Like many other sincere companies that sell products and services, we do face one notable challenge when trying to win business – our challenge is in educating prospects about the difference between short term SWPPP costs versus long term SWPPP costs. There are companies everywhere providing SWPPP services that win business because their initial bids are based on using inferior (less expensive) BMPs, knowing that once the project is in full swing those BMPs will need to be maintained far more often and/or frequently replaced more often than had they used better products upfront. As the change orders pile up, so does your bill for final SWPPP costs. That is why we cannot promise to be the lowest initial bid but we can promise that come the end of the project you will find that we provided the highest level of compliance for the lowest end cost.
