Clayton Rollins is a goal-driven individual who excels in a dynamic environment by applying analytical problem-solving skills to deliver results in an articulate, precise, and logical manner. He aides Construction Ecoservices in Construction Stormwater Compliance product and service solutions for Central Texas and South Texas markets ranging from 1-acre parking lots to high rise condominiums and industrial warehouses. Clayton works directly with civil engineers, developers, general contractors, and utility contractors to help design and recommend solution based, individual client needs and regulatory factors. Using gained knowledge and a touch of common sense, Clayton manages stormwater compliance effectively and economically on your construction site. Clayton has 15 years of boots on the ground experience with erosion control, water quality and revegetation means and methods. Clayton spent 7 years working for a groundwater conservation district/public agency focusing directly stormwater pollution prevention and water conservation issues. Clayton graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelors in Rangeland Ecology and Management. He also has dabbled in Geology and has almost completed a Masters of Natural Resources degree. Clayton joined Construction Ecoservices and continues to directly service clients to help manage construction compliance, improve water quality, and protect the environment from stormwater pollution.
